Dorothy's Downtown Tours and PowerPoint Presentations

Dorothy N. Yanez
I was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. I retired from the City of Tucson in 2004 after 34 years working in various departments. After retiring, I held various jobs in the hospitality industry and have a passion for the City of Tucson's history. One of those passions has been with the San Agustin del Tucson Museum. I am a professional tour guide and I have two downtown Tucson district Mural and Public Art walking tours, one Turquoise Trail tour, and two PowerPoint Mural and Public Art presentations. I have written several books. One of those books is "Presidio San Agustin del Tucson: A View of Tucson’s Birthplace" which promotes keeping Tucson's history alive.
